“This is one of those places that you are almost afraid to tell others about because it is THAT good. It was date night Friday and we really enjoyed this first visit to Chillfire. Do you have a hankering for some seafood? If so, look no further than Joe Fish Casual Seafood. Sure, it might be in our neighboring Mooresville, but trust us when we say that it is worth the short drive. While North Carolina is not the first state that comes to mind when you think of seafood, Joe Fish Casual Seafood makes a good claim as to why it should be! But don’t be deterred by how the outside of the building looks, because according to Kevin S., a TripAdvisor user, “You have to open the doors to see how good it is.” He also went on to say:
“When you drive by you may not see any activity. But wow! when you stop and try to get in on a Friday night. Wall to wall people. The reason, great service, and food. Always a special and some nice beers on tap.”

Kindred
Are you or your partner indecisive eaters? Does Italian sound good until you get to the Italian restaurant and then want tapas? If so, you are in luck because at Kindred, they seem to have it all! Located a quick drive from our apartments for rent in Denver, NC, Kindred is the perfect place to grab some food with your friends or family. Take it from TripAdvisor user Jim H. who claims that Kindred is good for a “Fun evening with friends.” He even goes on to describe it in more detail.
“First time to this fine place and will not be the last….. Super date night with other couple eating at Kindred. Welcoming staff, busy but pleasant, we were seated with reservation within seconds. The place was buzzing for a 7:30 pm seating. Keeley- our server was OUTSTANDING. She was attentive but not overbearing, pleasant and able to roll with a little joking.”
